Customer Care Supervisor & Warehouse Coordinator – Coimbra
Grupo Galileu RH are recruiting for a leading international company in the the automotive, Customer Care Supervisor & Warehouse Coordinator, for Coimbra.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Oversee the customer care and FG Warehouse team;
- Improve customer care experience;
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution;
- Keep accurate records, analyse statistics and compile accurate reports;
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
- Identify system and process weaknesses and develop suggestions for optimization.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven working experience as a Customer Care Supervisor or Warehouse Coordinator;
- Experiencia in Automotive Industry is a plus;
- Ability to think strategically and to lead;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Proficiency in English (other languages is a plus);
- Able to work across all levels within an organization with a collaborative approach;
- Experience in excel and in SAP “SD” “WM”.
